- In 1607/1608 Paul Müller built an organ for the German Church in Stockholm. It originally had two manuals and pedal. In 1622 and 1625 the instrument was rebuilt and expanded with a Rückpositiv as a third manual by Per Jönssen (1622) and George Herman and Philip Eisenmenger (1925). The organ originally also had a Brustwerk. This was removed during a major renovation by George Herman in 1647-1651, and a new Överwerk was placed. Martin Haak expanded the Öververk in 1723 with a Vox Humana. Daniel Stråhle replaced the Nasat in 1742 with a Qvinta 1 1/3'.
- In 1779 the organ was sold to the church of Övertorneå, a village in northern Sweden. It has since been amended several times. Because the organ was too big for this church, the positive has been removed and placed as a separate organ in the church of Hedenäset. Matthias Svahlberg installed the instrument in Övertorneå. Johan Gustaf Ek replaced the Vox Humana from 1723 in with a Fleut Amabile 4' in 1856. In 1904 this Fleut was altered to a Täckfleut 4', and the Trumpet was renewed by N.O. Alm.
- In Övertorneå a new organ was built in 1933 by J.W. Grönlund. On the advice of this builder, the Baroque organ was left untouched. Only the bellows were removed. Behind the organ, Grönlund built the new organ, which was demolished in 1971. After this, the baroque organ was restored by Grönlund and expanded with an independent pedal. The disposition statement of Gustaf Düben from 1684 was followed.
