Information on the database
In October 1999 I started to put organ information in a database system, to be able to quickly find information inside my documentation. At the moment about 9.500 Dutch organs and more than 55.000 organs from other countries (of which more than 20.000 in Germany) have been described. From almost 8.500 Dutch and about 40.000 'foreign' instruments the stoplists and most of the time a short history is available. More than 24.000 descriptions have one or more pictures of the organ.
If a description contains errors or is not complete, please don't hesitate to send me any updates, if possible with source information. Also pictures (self made if possible) are welcome! You can send this in an e-mail to email@example.com.
