- In the years 1956-1957 a church was built for the Protestant Gemeinde in Mehlbach, which until then had to go to the church in Katzweiler. The church was designed by Hansgeorg Fiebiger. Ernest Muhleisen built an organ for this church, opus 9 by the builder.
- This information comes from a work list of Muhleisen. According to Bernhard Bonkhoff, however, the first organ of the church was installed in 1986 by Hugo Mayer.
