The organ in the church of Tournehem was built in 1755 for the priory at Saint-André-les-Aire. At the beginning of the nineteenth century, it was placed in the church of Tournehem by Jean-François Guilmant. In 1850 it was restored by the firm Van Peteghem-Sannier from Lille. The disposition has also been slightly modified. In 1976 Ernest Muhleisen restored the organ and expanded it with three pedal stops. The windchests of the manuals were also renewed at the time. The old windchests have been preserved in the church.
