- The organ in the Sankt Marienkirche in Bad Breisig was originally built in the years 1755-1760 by Johann Friedrich Constable and Ernst Berner for the Evangelische Kirche in Aurich in Ostfriesland. Here it was replaced by a new instrument in 1956. It was transferred to Bad Breisig in 1959-1960 by the firm Kreienbrink. Kreienbrink used for the interior material of the previous organ of the church in Niederbreisig, built in 1657 for the Kloster Marienberg in Boppard, later sold to the Sankt Martinskirche in Cochem, and placed in Breisig in 1817. Kreienbrink expanded the organ to 25 stops.
- In the years 2011-2012, a new organ was placed in the organ cases by Rowan West, which better suits the Baroque appearance. This organ was dedicated on March 18, 2012.
