Replaced with a new organ (1907)
The first organ in the Sankta Klara Kyrka in Stockholm was called a positive in 1628. This positive was expanded by Philip Eisenmenger from Södertälje in the year 1648. After a fire in the church 1751, the organ builders Jonas Gren and Peter Stråhle from Stockholm built a new organ with 41 stops in the year 1761. The organ builder Åkerman & Lund in Stockholm built a new organ for the church in the years 1878-1882 with 35 stops and 2 manuals. It has been replaced with a new organ by the same company in 1907. Many ranks have been taken over in this new instrument.
