Henri Firmin built an organ in 1920 for the chapel of a Couvent des Soeurs near Domrémy in the Vosges. He transferred it to the choir of the Église Saint-Martin in Marbaix in 1931. The organ was restored in 2001 by Daniel Decavèle.
