- The 'Big School', the Assembly Hall of Christ's Hospital School in Horsham, contains a three-manual organ, built in 1902 by William Hill & Sons for the new school building. During its construction, a lot of material was taken from the organ that stood in the Dining Hall in the old school building on Newgate Street in London. It goes back to an instrument by Ralph Dallam from 1672-1673. Over time it was repaired and modified by Renatus Harris, Abraham Jordan and John Byfield, among others. After the construction of a new Dining Hall in 1825-1829, the organ was rebuilt by Elliot & Hill. Advisor on these activities was Thomas Attwood, organist of Saint Paul's Cathedral. The organ was built in 1830, and partly contained pipework from the old instrument. It was a three-manual organ with 31 registers.
- In 1859 the organ was overhauled and expanded by Hill & Sons. The new organ was built with partly this material, but mainly new material.
