Gebouwd door: T.C. Lewis & Co. (1875)

In 1875 bouwde T.C. Lewis & Co. een orgel voor Holy Trinity Church in London-Paddington. Het orgel had drie manualen en pedaal, met 36 registers. De kerk stond op de hoek van Bishop's Road en Westbourne Terrace, en was ontworpen door Thomas Cundy. Het gebouw werd in 1846 gewijd. Het orgel werd in 1912 omgebouwd door Norman & Beard. Het bleef in deze vorm in gebruik tot de sluiting van de kerk in 1971 vanwege bouwvalligheid. De kerk is in 1984 afgebroken.
Het orgel is in 1975 na een ingrijpende verbouwing door Bishop & Son geplaatst in de grote zaal van de Corn Exchange in Ipswich. Dit gebouw is in gebruik als theater.
