The Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lerbeck was designed by Heinrich Hutze in Gothic revival style. The church was put into use on July 13, 1892. The previous church had an organ by Heinrich Klausing (or Clausing), which was built in 1695. It had eight stops and an attached pedal. The organ was renovated in 1798-1799 by Heinrich Wilhelm Müller. He moved the organ from the west side of the church to a gallery above the altar. The console has been moved to the side. The organ has not been moved to the new church.
