  • The history of the organ in the Sint Lambertuskerk in Eikevliet has long been unclear. A connection was found with the former Dominican Church in Bornem. The reading that the old organ of this church would have been sold in two parts to both Lippelo and Eikevliet appears to be incorrect. It is now clear that it concerns an organ by Jan Bremser, which dates back to the seventeenth century. It was acquired from the old Predikherenkerk of the Dominican Fathers in Bornem. In 1840 this church was demolished and replaced by a new building. The organ was dismantled by Pierre Van Peteghem and rebuilt in Eikevliet after a revision.
  • In the church of Eikevliet there was an organ, which was built in 1815 by Jean-Joseph Delhaye. It is not known where this instrument has gone. The Bremser organ was extensively rebuilt over time. The manual has been moved from the back to the front. The disposition has been modernised.
