  • Forster & Andrews built an organ for Oxford Road Methodist Church in Reading in 1897, which was commissioned on 28 July 1897. It was donated to the church by Mr. G.G. Gilligan. H. Percy Allen performed the official inauguration concert in the evening.
  • Church and organ were lost in a fire in the early morning of Sunday, February 5, 1978. After the construction of a new church, an electronic organ from the company J. & J. Makin Organs was installed.
