In 1922 Gray & Davison built an organ for the Primitive Methodist Chapel on Queen Street in Maidenhead. The church building was sold to the Salvation Army in 1956, due to a merger with the Wesleyan Church. As they did not use an organ it was sold to the Methodist Church in Cookham Rise.
