In Saint Nicholas' Church in Hurst there was an organ by Henry Willis from 1908. This was in an unplayable condition, so it was decided to place another organ in the church. The Willis organ was finally placed after a restoration in 1980 in the church of Saint Faith & Saint Laurence in Birmingham-Harborne. Henry Groves & Son installed an organ in Hurst that was built around 1890. The original location is unknown, and the builder has not been identified. The instrument was revised in 1998 by David J. White. He expanded the disposition with four registers. After construction works on the church building, the organ was cleaned in 2015.
