  • In 1859 Bevington & Sons built a new organ for Saint Nicolas' Church in Newbury, Berkshire. It was a three-manual organ with 35 registers. In 1927 it was completely rebuilt by Walker & Sons, with electro-pneumatic action and an adapted disposition. The inaugural concert was given by Sydney H. Nicholson and Dr. W.G. Alcohol.
  • Geo. Osmond undertook a restoration in 1972.
