In 1935, Jules Anneessens built an organ for the chapel of the Collège Saint-Joseph in Mouscron. The instrument was transferred by volunteers in 1990 to the transept of the Église Saint-Barthélémy, to serve as a temporary organ during the restoration of the organ of this church. The action has been electrificated on this occasion. This restoration was completed on September 28, 1997. The Anneessens organ was then demolished.
