- An unknown builder built an organ for the Église Saint-Pierre in Meslin-l'Évêque in the years 1843-1845. The instrument was renovated by Constantin and Théophile Delmotte in 1861. They expanded it with a Récit Expressif. In 1905 the organ was rebuilt in the old case by Théophile and Maurice Delmotte. They equipped the organ with a freestanding console and an independent pedal.
- Part of the pipe work was missing in 1992. It concerns the registers Flûte Harmonique and Gambe of the Grand Orgue, and Bourdon, Gambe and Flûte of the Récit.
