The organ in the parish church of Dernbach was built around 1850 by Johann Benedikt Alffermann. The organ has eleven registers. In 1903 the instrument was rebuilt by Adolf Poppe. He installed a new free-standing console and replaced two registers (probably a Quinte 3' and an Octave 2') with a Voix Céleste and an Aeoline. In 1992 the organ was restored by Peter Vier.
