  • In 1966 the previous organ of the church in Saint Germans was lost in a fire. After restoration of the church building, the organ of Town Wall United Methodist Church in Bodman (nowadays a Baptist church) was transferred to Saint Germans. The maker of this organ is unknown. It has been attributed to Frederick Tucker, organ builder in Plymouth, but according to Lance Foy it is rather the work of Thomas and Henry Hewins of Stratford-upon-Avon. The organ was renovated in later years by Geo. Osmond.
  • The organ will have been transferred around 1967. The disposition has altered since then. On Great Organ the Dulciana 8' has been replaced by a Fifteenth. On Swell the Voix Celestes 8' was replaced by a Twelfth.
