  • For Saint John's Episcopal Church in Stamford, Connecticut, Frank Roosevelt built an organ with 36 registers on three manuals and pedal in 1891. In 1917 the instrument was converted by Ernest M. Skinner. It received a new four-manual console with increased manual and pedal compass. New Pitman windchests were installed with electric action. Much of the pipe work and the organ case were taken over from the Roosevelt organ.
  • In 1941 the Skinner Organ Company rebuilt the organ. This was followed in 1960 by a major renovation by Charles W. McManis. A new three-manual console, supplied by the Austin Organ Company, has been installed and the disposition has been modified.
  • The current organ was built in 1992 by Bruce Shultz & Associates. A lot of pipe work and the organ case from 1891 was reused during the construction. The organ consists of a four-manual chancel organ with more than a hundred registers and a two-manual gallery organ in German baroque style with twenty-five stops.
