In 1870 Mathias Burkhard built an organ for the Dreifaltigkeitskirche in Ludwigshafen. It was a small mechanical organ with cone chests. It was sold in 1961. It was placed in the Sankt Ägidiuskirche in Haupstuhl by Paul Zimnol. Here it served until 1997, when a new organ was installed.
