The organ in Estuna Kyrka was built in the years 1897-1899 by the company Setterquist & Son. It was dedicated on May 21, 1899. J.A. Bergquist, organist in Norrtälje, inspected the new organ and also played it during the inauguration. The organ replaced an old organ by Jacob Westervik from 1765. This instrument was built with five registers, and was renewed in 1838 by Pehr Zacharias Strand and expanded to nine stops. It was demolished in 1897. The Setterquist organ was renovated in 1917 by the same firm.
