In 1924 Setterquist built a two manual organ for the Domkyrka in Uppsala. It was placed in a gallery in the south transept, where the boys' choir sang. This gallery was demolished in 1975, and the organ was also demolished. A small part of the pipework was used in 2008 in the construction of a new organ by Ruffatti.
