- Josef Hilmar Jørgensen built an organ for Lørenskog Kirke in 1934. It was a two-manual organ with ten stops, which was set up in the attic of the church, with a shutter to the church hall for the sound. In 1951 the instrument was expanded with a Principal 8' on the pedal.
- In 2020 the organ was converted and expanded by Ryde & Berg. They built a new organ on the gallery, consisting of a Hovedverk and a Pedal, with the organ from 1934 as the second manual, which was fitted with a swelling device. With a button '1934' the organ can be played as it was originally. Two old ranks have been placed on the new work: an Alphorn by Steinmeyer from 1930, from Stiklestad Kirke, and a Subbas by Torskildsen from 1934, from the Hospitalskirken. The Hovedverk's Jubalfløyte is modeled on this register by Olsen & Jørgensen from 1908 in Skjeberg Kirke. Consultant was Gunnar Petersen-Øverleir.
