In 1983 Fyns Orgelbyggeri installed a box organ with four stops in Hjarnø Kirke. It was replaced in 2007 by a historic organ by Marcussen & Reuter. The Fyns organ was sold to the Regions hospital in Viborg. It was installed here in 2008.
