Gloria Dei Old Swedes Episcopal Church is the oldest stone building in Philadelphia, built in 1698-1700. The church was dedicated on July 2, 1700. Originally the church was used by the United Swedish Lutheran Church, since 1843 it has been the Gloria Dei Church. In 1903, Hook & Hastings built an organ for the church. In 1993-1994, a restoration has been carried out by R.J. Brunner & Co. They expanded the stop list on this occasion.
