In 1952 werd in Grand Rapids, Michigan de Fourth Protestant Reformed Church gebouwd aan de Kalamzoo Avenue South East. Na een splitsing in de gemeente kreeg de kerk in 1954 de naam Faith Christian Reformed Church. De firma Pels & Zn. bouwde in 1962 een orgel voor de kerk. In 1978 is de gemeente opgeheven. Het kerkgebouw is tegenwoordig in gebruik bij de 'Church of God in Christ' met als naam New Faith Temple. Of het orgel er nog aanwezig is, is niet bekend.
