Under the advice of John E. Courter, the Steiner-Reck firm built an organ in 1984 for Scotty Cowan Memorial Chapel of Union Church in Berea, Kentucky. The organ was donated to the church by the Lawson Hamilton family of Lewisburg, West Virginia in memory of Scotty Cowan.
