The organ in Fagerviks Kyrka was built in 1726 by Olof Hedlund, when he was still a pupil, working in Johan Niclas Cahman's workshop. It was placed in the church by Johan Hising in 1763 and was inaugurated on September 29, 1763. Carl Lenningh, organist of the cathedral in Turku, played the instrument on this occasion. In 1843 the organ was restored by Anders Thulé. He removed the short octave. The organ is the oldest playable organ in Finland.
