Het bedrijf Paul Fritts & Company Organ Builders heeft in 2020-2021 een nieuw orgel gebouwd voor Christ Chapel van Hillsdale College, Michigan. Het orgel, het Mary Waterman Memorial Organ gedoopt, werd op 15 april 2021 ingewijd. Nathan Laube speelde het openingsconcert. Adviseur was Paul Thornock. Het orgel bestaat uit twee instrumenten, opus 44 en opus 45 van de bouwer. De kapel werd in 2019 gewijd en is ontworpen door Duncan Stroik.
