- The previous church building of the parish Our Lady of Peace in Cleveland was built on the corner of Buckingham Avenue and East 121 Street, and was consecrated in May 1923. The Votteler-Holtkamp-Sparling Company, lead by Walter Holtkamp since 1931, built a pipe organ for this church with one manual, divided in bass and discant, and an independent pedal.
- In 1949-1951 a new church was built. The old building is in use since then as Cummins Hall. In the records of the Organ Historical Society, the organ is mentioned as opus 1578 from 1933, with two manuals and pedal. The stops are partly similar. Probably the organ was relocated to the new church and expanded.
- Around 2000, the organ has been removed from the church, and is replaced by an electronic instrument.
