The organ in Saint John's Lutheran Church, Charleston, South Carolina was built in 1965 by the Schantz Organ Company. The middle part of the prospect is from the first organ of the church, built in 1823 by Thomas Hall. Church and organ were damaged by a hurricane, after which the instrument was restored by Schantz in 1991 and expanded with six new stops, including a Trompette-en-Chamade.
