  • In 1966, a new organ was built by Steinmeyer voor de Sankt Petruskirche in Augsburg-Lechhausen. This church was buitl in 1962-1964 after a design by Wilhelm Wichtendahl and dedicated on February 23, 1964. At first, a small positive organ was provided by Steinmeyer, but the new organ could be dedicated on May 30, 1966, Whitmonday. It was not completed yet: only the Hauptwerk and Pedal were installed.
  • In 1974-1975, the organ was completed with the installation of the Brustwerk. The completed instrument was inaugurated on November 23, 1975.
  • The company Hey Orgelbau carried out a renovation in 1987.
