- In 1991, the Schoenstein Organ Company installed a new choir organ in Saint Agnes Church in San Francisco. The instrument has en older console, dating from 1948. From this console, the main organ of the church, built by Murray M. Harris in 1911, can also be played.
- The organ was transferred to the new church of Saint Michael's Abbey in Silverado in California in 2020. A larger organ will be installed in this church in 2023, which will be newly built by Schoenstein.
