- Edgebrook Lutheran Church in Chicago was dedicated in December 1943. A new pipe organ was installed by Reuter in 1953, when the church was also expanded. On September 27, 1953, the organ and the renewed building were inaugurated.
- The organ has been restored by Berghaus in 1994-1995.
- A fire broke out in the church on January 31, 2010. Also the sanctuary was damaged by the fire and water. It is unclear whether the organ survived this fire or not. The church was restored, and it re-opened at the end of 2011.
