- The organ in Bellö Kyrka is a small instrument with eight stops and pull down pedals. It was constructed in 1826 by Nils Ahlstrand. In 1857, the organ has been rebuilt by Erik Nordström.
- The original organ had a Viola di Gamba 8' bass and Principal 8' discant, which was modified by Nordström in a divided Principal 8'. He also replaced the Gedackt 8' and Fugara 4' by a Fleut d'Amour 8' and Flöjt 4'. Last modification was the replacement of the divided reed (Trumpet 8' bass and Wox Humana 8' discant) by a continuous Trompet.
- David Petersson renovated the organ in 1928. He removed the Scharf and added a Borduna 16' and a Gamba 8' to the organ. In 1938-1939, Hammarberg overhauled the organ. The swellbox, that was installed in 1928, was removed by them.
- A restoration and reconstruction of the original organ was carried out in 1969 by Jacoby Orgelverkstad from Stockholm. All missing ranks were manufactured according examples of other Ahlstrand organs. The only difference from the original design is that the Viola di Gamba 8' (bass) has been replaced by a Principal 8' (bass).
