  • In 1893, the company Steinmeyer built a new organ for the chapel of the Diakonissenanstalt in Augsburg. It was transferred to the Christuskirche in Aschaffenburg in 1954, as a temporary organ. After the construction of the a new organ for this church in 1961, the Steinmeyer organ was relocated to the Kreuzkirche in Kahl am Main. It was enlarged with some new stops.
  • The organ has been restored in 2016 by Edgar Töpfer.
