A new organ was installed in the Minoritenkirche in Regensburg in 1989 by Bernhardt Edskes. It is positioned in the nave of the church like a swallows nest (Schwalbennest), on a place where originally such an organ has been located. The stop list was taken from a design by Caspar Sturm from 1583. The wind can be pumped by hand, or by choice with an electric blower.
