The organ in the church Sankt Kassian in Regensburg was built in 1914 by Willibald Siemann. The previous organ of the church was transferred in 1908 to the church of Sankt Josef in Reinhausen. The Siemann organ is installed in two cases, on both sides of the western window. The organ cases are designed in baroque style, and long time it has been thought that they were in fact dating from the 18th century.
