- The organ of the parish church of Alfeld in Mittelfranken was built in 1725 by Elias Hößler. The organ had nine stops: two on the pedal and seven on the manual. It replaced an organ from 1680, built by Christoph Rappold, that was sold to Pichersreuth.
- A first modification occured in 1787, when Gottlob Hüfner restored the organ and enlarged it with two stops. Georg Schweigert replaced the Terz with a new Bourdon and expanded the pedal compass in 1851. Augustin Bittner replaced the Superoctav 1' with a Salicional in 1872. A last restoration was carried out in 1938 under direction of Johannes Mehl.
