  • A new organ was built in 1905-1906 for the Branch Street Tabernacle (also called Calvary Baptist Church) in Lowell, Massachusetts, by the company E.W. Lane. Consultant was Samuel B. Goodwin. The organ was inaugurated on June 26, 1906. It had some new and unusual features and stops. The new organ replaced an older instrument by Simmons & Wilcox, that was rebuilt in 1888 by Stevens. The building dated from 1872.
  • In 1909 the congregation sold their premises to the roman catholic Notre Dame de Lourdes parish. They moved to a new church on the corner of Hastings Street and Libery Street, that was dedicated on November 7, 1909. The organ was also transferred to this building. The church burned down on January 6, 1948, and the organ was lost. On the same location, a new church was built hereafter, but there has never been a pipe organ here anymore. This new church was dedicated on May 13, 1951.
