The organ in Forest Street Union Church in Methuen was built in 1898 by the local Methuen Organ Company for the residence of Edward F. Saerles, named 'Pine Lodge'. The organ has sixteen stops on two manuals and pedal. It was transferred to the church in 1944. In 1965 the Andover Organ Company restored the instrument. They modified the stoplist of Great by changing the Quintadena into a Gedeckt, shortening the Viola di Gambe to an Octave 4', and replacing both Dulciana and Melodia by two new stops, Flageolet 2' and Mixture.
