- In 1957 Flentrop built a new organ for the Hervormde Goede Herderkerk (Reformed Church of the Good Shepherd) in Leeuwarden, located on the Mr. P.J. Troelstraweg. Piet Post, organist of the Grote Kerk in Leeuwarden, was adviser during the project. It replaced a small cabinet organ. On the pedal chest there is a spare slide, reserved for an Octave 4'.
- In 2003 the Goede Herderkerk was closed, and the congregation emerged with the Gereformeerde Fenixkerk (or 'De Fenix') on the Valeriusplein. This church was build in 1960. Because there was no pipe organ in this church, but only an electronic Heyligers organ from 1976 (replacing an - also electronic - Dereux organ). The Flentrop organ was installed in the Fenixkerk by Bakker & Timmenga.
- In 2012 the Fenixkerk closed after a last service on May 20, 2012. The organ was sold in 2016 to Flentrop en put in storage. The church has been demolished in the summer of 2018.
- The organ was sold to the Incarnation Lutheran church in Columbia, South Carolina, USA. The organ was transferred to this church by Lincoln Pipe Organs and installed in August 2020. The previous organ of the church, opus 9288 of Möller from 1959, was dismantled.
