Gebouwd door: Builder unknown (1873)
Dismantled and sold? (1904?)

  • For the monastry of the sister Ursulines in Pau, a new chapel was constructed in 1872. The buildings of the cloister were located in the centre of Pau, on the location of the currnet Palais des Pyénées. A pipe organ could be dedicated on October 21, 1873, with a concert by Léandre Czerniewsky.
  • The cloister was closed in 1904, the sisters went to Spain, but the buildings and everything inside was put for sale. Maybe the organ was already dismantled in these days. The sisters returned to Pau in 1920, and the building did exist until 1984.
  • Although there is some information on the dedicational recital, the builder of the organ is unknown. And it is also unknown what has happened to the instrument.
