2019 Andreas Utz  restoration and enlargement

  • The organ in the Herz Jesukirche in Regensburg was built in 1936 by Willibald Siemann. The original plan was a two-manual organ, but the specification was modified to a three-manual organ with the same number of stops (30). The stop list has been designed following the ideas of the Elzasser Orgelreform.
  • In 2017-2019, the organ was restored by Andreas Utz. He enlarged the pedal with a Quintbass 10 2/3', and a modern combinaton action was added to the instrument. On March 17, 2019, the organ was dedicated again.
