- Howard Emmons built a two-manual organ with eighteen stops for the First Methodist Episcopal Church in Holyoke, Massachusetts, in 1890. When the organ became redundant, it was taken over by the Organ Clearing House. It could be relocated to the First Parish Unitarian Universalist Church in Billerica in 1970.
- The First Parish Unitarian Universalist Church in Billerica was a historical church building, opened in 1797. But a major fire destroyed the building on December 26, 1967. The organ of the church dated from 1869, and was built by S.S. Hamill. The instrument was installed in the church in 1886 and was rebuilt by Andover in 1957.
- In 1970 the organ was restored by the Andover Organ Company. The specification was modified somewhat, and the stop list was expanded to nineteen stops.
