- The Église Notre-Dame des Grâces in Grand-Lancy was constructed in 1912-1913 in new-gothic style. The organ was built by the Italian builder Giuseppe Gandini, and could be dedicated in 1914. It is a two-manual organ with pneumatic action. It was partially rebuild and expanded in 1928-1929 by Wolf Giusto, who added some reed stops to the specification.
- Because of the bad condition of the instrument, a major restoration was necessary. In 2016-2018, this restoration has been carried out by Colzani Organi (I. Colzani and E. Bastici). The organ could be inaugurated again in April 2018 with a concert by Alessio Corti on April 13, and special festival activities on the following Saturday and Sunday.
- The manual compass is 61 keys (C-c''''), but on the wind chest there are only 58 notes (C-a''').
