The church of Meyerode was seriously damaged during World War II. The previous organ was lost. After rebuilt of the church, a new organ was built in 1955-1957 by Ernst Seifert. The instrument has two manuals and an independent pedal. In 1992, Albéric Thunus carried out a restoration.
