- Koppejan built a new organ in 1968 for the Goede Herderkerk (Good Shepherd Church), Willem Alexanderplein 4 in Nijkerk. It was inaugurated on October 23, 1968 with a festive evening. Feike Asma played the new organ on this occasion. The church building was sold to the an Evangelical community "De Ark" in 2017. The building has been thoroughly renovated. The first service of this municipality was held on February 4, 2018. The opening weekend of the renovated building was planned on 17 and 18 March 2018. Because this congregation did not use the pipe organ it was put for sale.
- The organ was sold to the parish of św. Papieża Jana XXIII in Łódź-Janów. The Van den Heuvel company restored the instrument and installed it in Poland in 2019.
