The main organ of the Église Notre-Dame de la Visitation in Lomme dates from the 19th century. The builder is not known, and is was probably built between 1860 and 1880. The organ was modified in the beginning of the 20th century by Jean Grammet. The Bourdon 16' of the pedal is a pneumatic extension of the Bourdon 8' of the manual, that speaks permanently, without drawer. The pipework is placed inside a swell box.
